The 2pm Project
A new online show of creative learning programs designed to help your employees feel better and work smarter while we all get used to change.
There’s no sugar coating it, these are challenging times for us all. As everyone does their best to deal with the impact of COVID-19, new challenges are cropping up every day, including some big changes to our jobs and the way we work.
With so many of us now setting up home offices (and quickly getting the hang of the whole-team video calls thing) there are other, more challenging areas, where managers and team leaders are looking for advice on how they can help their people during this time.
That’s why we are launching The 2pm Project, a weekly online show of creative learning programs that will help employees and leaders:
– Make sense of where we’re at
– Learn ways to manage stress
– Get ideas on how to remain engaged and connected
– Find out ways to adapt and cope through mindsets and behaviours
– Manage remote teams
– Keep the workforce engaged
– Encourage positive emotions and mindset
The shows stream live at 2pm each Friday, and are also recorded for you to share and watch at your leisure.
Contact us to register for this weeks event.
If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact us on social media or via our website. Look after each other, stay safe and stay healthy.
–Everyone at Interchange.
