Interchange offers two types of development programs:
Bespoke program
Our bespoke offerings are crafted specifically for your organisation. We recommend these when development is part of a broader cultural transformation, or when your organisational context is particularly complex or unique.
Semi-customised program
We provide you the skeleton of learning content, pre-filled with examples and activities specific to your organisation and industry. We recommend these when your needs are confined to a specific cohort and timing is critical.
We give you a choice in how you learn. Need 1:1 coaching? We’ll provide it. Want large group workshops? No problem. Interested in virtual training and content modules? We’ve got you covered.
For the best results a combination of these across both virtual and face-to-face settings is recommended.

Even if we’re operating in a virtual-only setting, Interchange always seeks to disrupt participants’ expectations of what learning might look, feel and sound like. We look for opportunities to take people off-site or gamify the online learning experience to provide space from daily pressures and optimise development.
