Cade holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science from Victoria University (1999), where following he garnered over 10 years experience in sales and marketing within pharmaceutical and medical devices industries across Australia and the UK.
His entrepreneurial track record dates back to 2007 where he worked closely with UK Venture Capitalists to create and grow medical companies in Cardiff and London.
Since his return to Australia in 2009, Cade has further developed his skills as a business leader and entrepreneur having co-founded and exited numerous start up companies including digital agency Loud&Clear, fan engagement platform FanHub Media and online staffing platform Sidekicker.
Alex has provided assurance and advisory services to pre-eminent financial and non-financial institutions for more than 14 years. This has included working with a wide range of banking, wealth management, insurance and superannuation clients as well as Australian Government owned entities, banking inquiry/commission and seconded roles in both commercial and global investment banks, A Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) he holds both a Masters of Applied Finance (M APP FIN) and Chartered Accountancy (FCA). Having spent time living, working and studying in the Asia Pacific, North America and Europe including London, Beijing, Boston, Singapore, France, and the South Pacific, Alex brings a global mindset to client challenges.

Chris is our Creative Director at Interchange, overseeing and designing the uniquely creative approaches we take to all of our projects. He has a strategic understanding of relationships and human behaviour and offers an empathetic curiosity for people’s stories and experiences. This has seen him successfully lead the research and discovery phase on a number of large projects, as well as design and facilitate some of the most perceptive programs.
Chris brings a unique mix of consulting, coaching, design thinking, start-up operations, performance and presentation skills. As Creative Director he has an enormous influence in the design of our projects, programs, and delivery environments.
