Gabrielle’s global consulting experience has seen her advise over 80 organisations across the UK, Australia and Asia on cultural transformation projects that have led to significant, long-term change. Founder and Managing Director of Interchange, and winner of several learning & culture awards.
Gabrielle is a leader and an inspiration for both colleagues and clients.
Cade holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science from Victoria University (1999), where following he garnered over 10 years experience in sales and marketing within pharmaceutical and medical devices industries across Australia and the UK. His entrepreneurial track record dates back to 2007 where he worked closely with UK Venture Capitalists to create and grow medical companies in Cardiff and London. Since his return to Australia in 2009, Cade has further developed his skills as a business leader and entrepreneur having co-founded and exited numerous start up companies including digital agency Loud&Clear, fan engagement platform FanHub Media and online staffing platform Sidekicker.
As Caltex's Executive General Manager, People, Communications and Governance, Lynadall manages Caltex’s legal, secretariat, internal audit, compliance, human resources and corporate affairs teams. As General Counsel, she is responsible for providing legal advice to Caltex’s Board, CEO and broader leadership team. She is also Company Secretary to the Board. Prior to joining Caltex, Lyndall was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for former logistics business Asciano and spent more than a decade with Clayton Utz advising on competition, commercial and corporate law issues in a broad range of industries.
Alex has provided assurance and advisory services to pre-eminent financial and non-financial institutions for more than 14 years. This has included working with a wide range of banking, wealth management, insurance and superannuation clients as well as Australian Government owned entities, banking inquiry/commission and seconded roles in both commercial and global investment banks, A Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) he holds both a Masters of Applied Finance (M APP FIN) and Chartered Accountancy (FCA). Having spent time living, working and studying in the Asia Pacific, North America and Europe including London, Beijing, Boston, Singapore, France, and the South Pacific, Alex brings a global mindset to client challenges.
Finance and Operations Director, Eve, delivers a seamless financial experience for all stakeholders. With over a decade of experience in project management and business operations, Eve’s aptitude for organisation, communication, and exceptional service places her in an ideal position for delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
Melissa is an experienced consultant and a registered psychologist. She has worked across several sectors in a consulting capacity as well as leadership roles within People & Culture teams. Melissa has expertise in culture change, leadership assessment and development, learning & development, employee engagement, talent management, and diversity, inclusion and flexibility.
Nick is an experienced leader with a demonstrated track record of achievement in project and program management, strategy development, change management and product development. A wide variety of leadership and consulting roles within the government, commercial sectors and more, has made Nick capable of leading a variety of functions and deliverables in many organisations. During his career, Nick has led a number of projects that have required mapping strategy, capability and business objectives to enable organisations to deliver tangible outcomes. He has also developed and implemented new processes and methodologies along with their supporting functions in a variety of organisations.
