POSITION OVERVIEW
As Human Capital Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your sales expertise to help our clients define, design, and deliver on their purpose, strategy, and culture needs.

YOUR AVERAGE WEEK IN THIS ROLE
- Leverage your solution sales skills and understanding of organisational change to secure projects in purpose, strategy, and culture. Building relationships with current and potential clients to drive business is key.
- Collaborate with the project team to define the scope, approach, and deliverables for new projects during the business development process.
- Use your expertise in organisational psychology to guide teams through our discovery process, engaging with clients at all levels to understand and improve their cultural state.
- Partner with creative, consulting, and project teams to oversee the design of cultural initiatives. Work closely with clients to shape and refine ideas, leveraging organisational psychology principles to drive meaningful change.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships at all organisational levels, becoming a trusted advisor in purpose, strategy, and people and culture.
- Serve as an executive coach, supporting leaders through organisational change and enhancing their leadership skills and strategic success.
- Act as a role model within the team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive environment while mentoring and supporting team development.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED
- Proven success in B2B sales at the C-suite level, with a track record of strategic client relationship building.
- Extensive experience in leading organisational development or culture transformation projects, with strong team leadership skills.
- Expertise in management consulting, working with Board, C-Suite, and senior management, and leading cultural transformation projects.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and professional writing skills.
- Resilience in navigating change and ambiguity, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge and experience in instructional design and content development for impactful learning solutions.
- Experience managing all stages of the consulting cycle, from business development to project delivery.
- Strong facilitation skills and executive coaching experience at the C-Suite level.
- Effective stakeholder management, including collaboration with senior executives and boards of ASX200 companies.
- Commercial acumen demonstrated through identifying business opportunities and managing projects within budget.
- Ability to connect industry trends with specific client challenges in a forward-thinking manner.
- Success in mentoring and developing team members to support their growth.
- Willingness to travel for client and internal purposes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelor or post graduate qualification in behavioural sciences or related discipline, e.g. Organisational Psychology
DESIRED QUALIFICATION
Masters of Organisational Psychology or similar discipline
MBA Qualification
