POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager, you will have responsibility and accountability for managing and maintaining client relationships. Your skills will enable you to contribute to high quality proposals and manage client projects, hence a strong contributor to the growth of Interchange. You will have the energy, commitment and relationship management skills to build the business and exceed our client’s expectations.

YOUR AVERAGE WEEK IN THIS ROLE
- Lead and coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate project objectives, scope, and status updates to clients and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other relevant materials.
- Oversee the quality control of project deliverables, ensuring they meet client standards and expectations.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all participants.
- Conduct research and integrate creative components into projects to enhance the participant experience.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the maturity to manage high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and forward-thinking mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on potential opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
- Advanced computer literacy and technical competence, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION
Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
