POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Human Capital Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of the consulting team working on client projects. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our senior leaders in contributing to business development and marketing initiatives to help the business grow further.

YOUR AVERAGE WEEK IN THIS ROLE
- Support planning and execution of projects, considering scope, budget, time, quality, stakeholders, risks, and issues.
- Partner with creative and project teams to design cultural initiatives, collaborating with clients and leveraging organisational psychology principles.
- Meet project deadlines and proactively flag issues, clarify objectives, and deliverables.
- Build and nurture client relationships, responding thoughtfully to their needs and expanding Interchange’s network.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, extracting insights and crafting reports for client projects.
- Contribute ideas and content for marketing activities, including articles and blogs.
- Help develop and refine Interchange’s services and products.
- Foster positive team culture and demonstrate a growth mindset.
- Embrace stretch tasks for professional development, shaping your priorities and collaborating on a Personal Development Plan (PDP).
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED
- Strong research and analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and write impactful cultural reports.
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional business and technical writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in organisational culture, development, and/or design, preferably in a consulting environment.
- 3-5 years of experience delivering medium-to-large programs or managing concurrent smaller projects.
- Strong consulting or industry experience with cross-sector knowledge and capabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, Management, Organisational Behaviour or Psychology
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Honours in Psychology, Business or Commerce
