POSITION OVERVIEW 

As an Executive Assistant you’ll provide top-tier administrative and sales support to our CEO. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 To really hit the ground running in this role, we are looking for someone who:  

  • Is used to working with Executives and has the ability to go from task to task and maintain focus 
  • Can anticipate people’s needs before they do  
  • Has worked in a sales environment and is used to the demands of business development  
  • Maintains calm when under pressure 
  • Is genuinely curious and thinks outside the box 
  • Wants to be part of something awesome and make a difference in business and the community 
  • Enjoys a laugh and sees the fun side of life 

 

YOUR AVERAGE WEEK IN THIS ROLE 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO 
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements 
  • Prepare meeting documentation and maintain accurate records 
  • Support business development activities by conducting research and managing CRM 
  • Handle expense management and office logistics 
  • Contribute to continuous innovation and improvement within the organisation 

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED 

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in sales or business development environments 
  • Outstanding organisational skills, adept at multitasking and adapting to various demands 
  • To be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill needs 
  • Exceptional business writing skills with keen attention to detail 
  • Confidence and maturity in engaging with clients and executives 
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to share knowledge and learn from others
